COURTS SG provides islandwide delivery to all addresses within Singapore; no deliveries are made outside Singapore or to PO boxes. HomeClub is COURTS SG's free lifetime membership programme that lets you earn points on eligible purchases made in-store or online. Points can be redeemed at COURTS physical stores at a rate of 100 points = S$1. HomeClub membership is non-transferrable and points expire one year from the date of your last purchase.

COURTS SG e-Gift Cards are available for purchase online and are valid for use at all COURTS stores in Singapore as well as on courts.com.sg. They are denominated in SGD, allow multiple partial redemptions, and require no minimum purchase. Note that e-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be used to pay FlexiPlans monthly instalments, and do not earn HomeClub points on the amount paid. E-Gift Cards have an expiry date and no validity extensions will be entertained.

For general product exchanges, items must be returned in their original sealed condition with the receipt, warranty card, and all accessories within 14 days of purchase or delivery. For online purchases, only doorstep collection is available for returns or exchanges — COURTS does not accept in-store returns for online orders — and a non-refundable S$10 doorstep collection fee applies. Certain items including COURTS Gift Cards, Apple products, OSIM products, gaming consoles, and bedding are not eligible for return or exchange. Note that once a Basic plan is purchased, it cannot be upgraded to Premium after the item has been received.
